We have a strong reputation on providing suitably qualified and experienced labour for both technical trades and labourers, as well as corporate and specialist positions who understand each industry and region has their own specific requirements.
With a large database of both indigenous and non-indigenous candidates and our specialised Indigenous Employment program, we work to provide training and employment opportunities that assist both the Njamal people and the broader indigenous community in gaining relevant skills and work experience that equip them for a lifetime of employment. Our programs are aligned with the skills requirements of our clients and in accordance with our nationally accredited training, ensure that we are able to readily provide trained indigenous employees to our clients.
At NPJV we are committed to providing Njamal people with sustainable employment opportunities. This is in support of the Njamal Trust Advisory Committee and the Commonwealth Government’s national priority to halve the employment gap between indigenous and non-indigenous people and recognise the importance of work for individuals and community wellbeing.
